It is with a mix of gratitude and well wishes that we announce the upcoming retirement of Ron Miiller, our valued Director of Special Projects, effective December 31, 2024.

Ron’s illustrious career spans decades of dedication to education and crop insurance. As a former teacher, coach, and media education director, he instilled a passion for learning in countless young minds. His transition to the crop insurance industry marked an impressive chapter, where he held esteemed positions at National Crop Insurance Services (NCIS) and Crop Growers Insurance Services, among many others over nearly four decades.

Throughout his career, Ron has consistently risen through the ranks, holding leadership roles such as Vice President, Executive Vice President, and President. Most recently, he has played a pivotal role at Advance AgProtection as Director of Special Projects, leading our government affairs initiatives and providing invaluable guidance on vital policy matters to our team and to our agents.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Ron for his exceptional contributions to our team. His vast knowledge, strategic thinking, and unwavering commitment have been instrumental in our success. We wish him all the best in this well-deserved retirement.
